Shipping
Most orders arrive within 2-3 weeks of being placed. Some items may take more or less time depending on options and availability. As a result of the pandemic and associated supply chain disruptions some items are delayed. We are happy to provide you with a time estimate for your order!
Regular orders may be cancelled prior to shipping for a full refund (minus 3% to cover transaction fees if cancelled within 30 days). Special orders and orders that have already shipped may be returned and refunded minus the cost of freight and a 15% restocking fee.
Small items are shipped via UPS or FedEx. Buildings and other large items are shipped LTL Freight. Liftgate delivery is included where possible, but paticularly large items such as sheds and greenhouses must be hand-unloaded. We recommend having two people on hand for the delivery and suggest you plan 30-45 minutes for the unloading of your item. No heavy equipment is required.
